Congratulations to our Driver of the Month, Ed!

Ed’s journey to trucking started early in life. Born overseas into a military family, he moved to the United States as a young child. During a cross-country trip, he became mesmerized by the trucks he saw along the highways and knew from that moment that one day, he would become a truck driver himself.

Ed has been behind the wheel for over 40 years now and has been driving for Powersource Transportation for the past 9 years.

He drives a 2026 Volvo that’s fully equipped with a beacon, long slide, straps, snow chains, and OD banners and flags. Ed also holds his tankers, doubles, and triples endorsements.

Ed calls Kinsman, OH home, where he lives with his wife, Evie. They have been married nearly 30 years and raised four children together. When he’s not on the road, Ed enjoys spending time in his shop, pursuing his passion for woodworking.
